2014 - Where It All Began

I started my marketing & graphic design career for a college in 2014 as a design intern. I then transitioned to a design agency where I designed materials for many nationwide, industry-leading companies such as Johnsonville, Tyson Foods, Farmer Brothers Coffee, & Circle K. My designs were being displayed & viewed by thousands across the country, which was absolutely wild to me! My passion for design grew! I learned & refined many skills at the agency which helped me progress in my career quickly.

 

2016 - Growing My Skills & Knowledge

I took the knowledge & experience I gained, and joined a manufacturing company where I designed products & signage for clients such as the United States Navy, the International Medical Center in Dubai, and Sky Zone Trampoline Parks. Again, it was wild to work on these huge accounts and have my work viewed nationwide -- and internationally!

2017 - The Entrepreneurial Seed Was Planted

Over the next 4 years, I worked in a marketing department for a proactive healthcare pharmacy. I oversaw digital & print advertising, managed brands, and optimized online engagement. The company grew from 20-74 locations, with strong marketing aiding in that growth. The owners were entrepreneurs and inspired me to start thinking about starting my own business a well.

 

2021 - COVID

Working from home all day full-time and freelancing in the evenings made me decide that it was time to take the leap & start my own business! I started Katelyn Lee Design & Marketing Solutions and was blessed with many amazing customers that allowed me to scale my business quickly! I was able to use my creative skills and technical management & organizational skills to help more even businesses.

2024 - Present

I've helped dozens of clients from startups to well established organizations in over 10 states improve their branding & marketing so far. I enjoy taking creative lead on projects and also working alongside internal marketing teams for my corporate clients. I've learned so much over my 10 years in the industry so far.
